A preliminary understanding of the approximate cost
You can estimate the design and renovation cost based on price list below. This price list is for reference only, the actual price will be adjusted according to the size of the project site. 您可以根据自己空间的大小，通过以下的收费标准，先自行估计所需的费用。此收费内容仅供参考，实际价格依案场现况与距离调整。
Based on the actual size of the project site, minimum 800 sqft.

The renovation cost is planned according to your budget. (Our minimum project budget acceptance is RM100,000, excluding design fee, project management fee, soft furnishings and home appliances)
